Morgan & Morgan, “Fiduciaria del Ecuador”, is a trust company and securitization agent incorporated in Ecuador and operating under the authorization and supervision of the Securities Market Intendancy since June 16, 2003. Its principal office is located in Guayaquil, main trading port of Ecuador, although a branch was opened in the country’s capital, Quito, in August 2008.
Ecuador Fiduciary provides services for the constitution and administration of guarantee trusts, fiduciary structures for real estate, development and investment projects, portfolio management, fee collection, and flows in general and also for structuring and as securitization handling and payment agent.
Its general manager is Francisco Nugué, attorney at law, TEP.
